Traci Mason is a faithful intercessor and worshiper with a true heart for God's people. Known for her bright smile and great creativity, the gift of encouragement comes forth through her with love. Traci is married to Pastor Mack Mason and lives in Illinois. Besides the Lord, Mack has been her best friend and they enjoy traveling, cooking, and spending time together.
While fighting difficulties and health problems, Traci learned that true joy and encouragement came from the Lord. Through prayer, worship, and focusing on God instead of the circumstances, she grew more intimate with God and He became her ultimate Best Friend and source of encouragement.
Traci knew that she could not keep the secret of true joy to herself. Her desire is for everyone, that's everyone, to love God with all of their heart and serve Him no matter what. Her goal is for all to be strengthened and encouraged with the love of God and realize the purpose God has their lives.
Traci's education and professional experience is in Early Childhood Leadership. She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Early Childhood Education, and Master's Degree in Early Childhood Leadership. For nearly 15 years another joy in her life was to create and facilitate a Parent/Child program for a south suburban school district. Because of her creativity and enthusiasm, she was often invited to speak and teach at local and national conferences for teachers and parents. That same creativity and enthusiasm comes forth even more as Traci speaks in Christian settings or sharing encouraging messages with women and young ladies. Traci is also a licensed Minister of Dance, through Worship in Motion, Inc.
In 2009, Traci took a huge leap of faith. At that time she resigned from the professional working world as she was led by God to put more time into building her relationship with Him and His people. Her passion for encouraging others, especially young ladies and women, comes through as she speaks, teaches, and directly touches the hearts of others. She loves to travel and some of her favorite journeys have been life-changing experiences to Israel, Kenya, Uganda, the Philippines, and Panama. In Uganda, Traci ministered to women and was given the name, Furahah, which means Joyful One.
Traci is the author of three books, Stop, Don't throw that Away! A guide to creative learning experiences for parents and children by using everyday items. Her second book, Sister Barnabas: Discover the Power of Encouragement, challenges readers to serve others. Traci's latest book is a devotional, Get UP! Move Forward into God's Will and Purpose for Your Life.
